1. Digital Services & Products
- All our services and products are digital in nature (such as web/software development, mobile apps, cloud solutions, digital marketing, and consulting).
- Due to the intangible and customized nature of these services, we follow a strict No Refund Policy once the service or product has been purchased, activated, or delivered.
2. Cancellations
- Before Project Commencement: A client may request cancellation before the project has officially started. In such cases, refunds (if any) will be at the discretion of Spaeman Hawk Services LLP, depending on administrative or resource allocation costs incurred.
- After Project Commencement: Once work has begun or access to a digital service/product has been granted, cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued.
3. Exceptions
We may consider exceptions only in cases where:
- A duplicate payment has been made by mistake.
- The service purchased has not been initiated due to our own inability to deliver.
In such cases, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after verification.
4. Client Responsibility
- Clients are advised to carefully review the service scope, features, and deliverables before making a purchase.
- By proceeding with a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
